1. Warranty Period π οΈ
All Tellur products are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty coverage is provided under:
- Romanian Law 449/2003 on the sale of goods and associated guarantees.
- EU Directive 1999/44/EC on consumer rights.
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and non-conformities that exist at the time of delivery.

2. What the Warranty Covers β
The warranty covers:
β Manufacturing defects preventing the product from functioning as intended.
β Non-conformities that exist at the time of delivery.
π If a product is found defective under warranty, we will:
- Repair the product free of charge.
- Replace the product if repair is not feasible.
3. Exclusions from Warranty π«
The warranty does not cover:

β Failure to follow instructions for transport, storage, installation, or operation.
β Physical damage caused by shocks, dust, smoke, chemicals, fire, or weather conditions.
β Damage due to liquid contact, extreme humidity, or high temperatures.
β Unauthorized modifications (hardware/software changes, repairs by non-certified technicians).
β Use of non-approved accessories, power supplies, or batteries.
β Neglect or improper maintenance of the product.
4. Consumer Responsibilities π
To ensure warranty validity, the consumer must:

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim π©

Deliver the product with all required documents to our service center.
