1. Warranty Period 🛠️
All Tellur products are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty coverage is provided under:
- Romanian Law 449/2003 on the sale of goods and associated guarantees.
- EU Directive 1999/44/EC on consumer rights.
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and non-conformities that exist at the time of delivery.

2. What the Warranty Covers ✅
The warranty covers:
✔ Manufacturing defects preventing the product from functioning as intended.
✔ Non-conformities that exist at the time of delivery.
📌 If a product is found defective under warranty, we will:
- Repair the product free of charge.
- Replace the product if repair is not feasible.
3. Exclusions from Warranty 🚫
The warranty does not cover:

❌ Failure to follow instructions for transport, storage, installation, or operation.

4. Consumer Responsibilities 📌
To ensure warranty validity, the consumer must:

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim 📩

Deliver the product with all required documents to our service center.

We will proceed with repair, replacement, or refund as necessary.
6. Repair, Replacement, or Refund 🔄
🔹 Repairs or replacements will be processed within 15 calendar days of receiving the product.
